The Faculty-in-Residence (FIR) program was created by Consonance Club to support early-stage founders with the one thing they need most — experienced guidance. Through this, we connected several startups with a diverse group of seasoned operators who helped them tackle their real business challenges.
From the onset, the goal was to give founders access to experts who could help them grow faster, think clearer, and operate better. Each startup was matched with a faculty member based on its unique needs, and for three months, they worked together through weekly mentorship, strategic planning sessions, and real-time problem-solving.
We focused on core areas like product, growth, fundraising, team building, and operations, and it wasn’t just about advice — it was about execution. It was a different kind of accelerator, rooted in operator knowledge, peer support, and founder-first learning.
At the end, participants left the program with sharper goals, stronger strategies, and clearer paths to scale. Through the FIR program, we showed founders that with the right people in their corner, real growth is possible.
